Torre Zoe | Atmospheric Explorations
We proudly present our latest architectural visualization study: Torre Zoe. For this project, we wanted to go beyond the standard architectural representation and push the boundaries of environmental storytelling.
Our goal was to explore how this slender, monumental glass structure interacts with its surroundings under extreme atmospheric shifts. From the crisp realism of a clear blue sky and the moody serenity of being above the clouds, to the cinematic drama of a heavy rainstorm and an apocalyptic sandstorm. Each lighting scenario was meticulously crafted to evoke a completely different emotion, studying the behavior of light, reflections, and scale within the urban fabric and the bustling train station below.
Torre Zoe is an exploration of light, materiality, and mood. In this set of images, our studio focused on the technical and artistic challenges of rendering a full-glass skyscraper across multiple weather conditions and times of day.
The glass facade acts as a canvas, reflecting the vibrant blue skies, disappearing into the dense fog, or glowing from within during a dark, rainy commute at the station. By testing the geometry against diverse HDRIs and atmospheric setups—including a challenging dust storm—we sought to demonstrate how drastically the environment dictates the identity and the weight of the architecture.
Apresentamos nosso mais recente estudo de visualização arquitetônica: Torre Zoe. Para este projeto, queríamos ir além da representação arquitetônica padrão e explorar os limites do storytelling ambiental.
Nosso objetivo foi estudar como essa estrutura monumental de vidro interage com o entorno sob mudanças atmosféricas extremas. Desde o realismo nítido de um céu azul e a serenidade de estar acima das nuvens, até o drama cinematográfico de uma tempestade e o impacto de uma tempestade de areia. Cada cenário de iluminação foi meticulosamente construído para evocar uma emoção completamente diferente, estudando o comportamento da luz, os reflexos da fachada e a escala da torre em relação à malha urbana e à movimentada estação de trem aos seus pés.
A Torre Zoe é uma exploração sobre luz, materialidade e atmosfera.
Neste conjunto de imagens, nosso estúdio focou nos desafios técnicos e artísticos de renderizar um arranha-céu totalmente envidraçado através de múltiplas condições climáticas e momentos do dia.
A fachada de vidro atua como uma tela, refletindo os céus azuis vibrantes, desaparecendo na neblina densa, ou brilhando de dentro para fora durante o clima chuvoso e escuro na estação. Ao testar a geometria contra diversos HDRIs e configurações atmosféricas — incluindo uma desafiadora tempestade de areia —, buscamos demonstrar como o ambiente dita drasticamente a identidade e o peso da arquitetura.
